Often ill child – what to do?

If the SARS at the child happens 6-8 times a year – it is not terrible. If is more often, pass complex inspection. Ask the pediatrician to appoint the general and biochemical blood test, urine, to an immunogramm, ultrasonography of abdominal organs.








The SARS which is steadily arising later a bacterial infection has to become a reason for concern.
The main thing in treatment of a SARS — to create to the child comfortable conditions: cool air, warm clothes. Plentiful drink, feeding on appetite.
From drugs – salt solution in a nose. Paracetamol — only at high temperature. Other preparations can be accepted only on doctor's orders.
Food has to be natural and traditional: soups, liquid porridges, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dairy products … During recovery the diet surely has to include animal protein which lifts hemoglobin: cook steam quenelles or cutlets.
The residual phenomena of an illness cannot be neglected, it can lead to chronic diseases. After recovery try to limit contacts of the child of 5-7 more days: it has to get stronger not to catch a new infection.
The best way to strengthen health is a hardening. It is better to begin it in the summer. Good training for immunity – a bath: from 2,5-3 years it is possible to drive the child in a steam room or a sauna.
Whenever possible you carry the kid in the summer at the sea, at least for two weeks. Excellent option of vacation — in the village or at the dacha. The main components — fresh air, cold water and the warm sun!
According to experts, the breakfast is very important for strong immunity. Often ill children surely have to eat in the morning! It increases production of a strong antiviral component – gamma interferon – by 450% and half reduces risk to ache even during a season of colds.

30% of immune cages are in intestines. Influence of useful bacteria which contain in fermented milk products, for work of immune system is already scientifically explained and proved. But you should not forget that other 30% of immune cages are in respiratory system, and another 30% — in skin.
